GROUP CLASSES AND MORE

Nothing keeps you motivated and focused quite like working out in a group. Stronghold provides a wide variety of group classes that are included with your membership. Our schedule includes over 50 classes a week, featuring everything from low impact to high impact workouts, from yoga to Body Combat, from dance to cycling.

We offer Les Mills classes like: BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyPump, Bodystep and Sh’Bam. Tribe Team Training classes and essential Aerial Fitness, Barre Fusion,  Extreme Core, Foundation, Pilates, Spin, Body Strong/Power Circuit, and Yoga classes.
