This is a 55-minutes fusion of barre fitness, core, Pilates, and yoga stretching to create the most effective way to tone your body. You will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on hips, thighs, seat, abs, and arms while experiencing the mental benefits similarly obtained with yoga or meditation. It is a low-impact class, using isometric movements to firm, lengthen, and shape lean muscles to sculpt your body and clear your head!
