This 60 minute class is a combo class. 30 minutes of of combat – martial arts inspired and 30 minutes of core. It targets the abdominal and back muscles. This class may include the use of the stability ball, bands and dumbbell weights. Learn proper form, balance, posture and breath to effectively strengthen the “powerhouse” of the body from the inside out! We tighten, tone and strengthen everything from your shoulders to your hips to keep the most important region of your body solid, supportive and looking good!
