These 60 minute sessions incorporate the mindfulness of free motion, or the natural fluid motion from one body movement to another. Intuitive Movement is the practice of connecting with your body and it’s internal cues and using that to determine what type of movement, how long, and the intensity you’d like to engage in.
After an analytical assessment of your body, you will use combinations of Pilates, Yoga and a neurological connection to fix aches and pains, relieve stress and trauma and reach your superior fitness level and health – getting more energy for daily tasks. This is a proven method for fine tuning your body – building strength, stability, flexibility and high awareness of how to make fitness pleasurable for you.
