This 60 minute class is ideal for more moderate to advanced practitioners. Modified exercises of classical to more progressive Pilates set the tone for a full-length class in the true spirit of Pilates. Pilates strengthens and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
