Staying Strong and Staying Healthy!
Stronghold Gym has continued to adhere to new Covid-19 policies and procedures to protect the health and safety of our members and staff. We appreciate your continued loyalty and support.
To that end, for months now we have provided free online group classroom workouts via Facebook groups. To maintain the strength and health of Stronghold Gym and our instructors, we must now restrict online classes to gym members. The “members only” policy will become effective August 15th.
We will continue offering the same classes – Attackers, Flow Fam, Pumpers and Barre Fam with the same instructors – and allow members to check out needed equipment for certain classes. You will still have access to the live classes or recorded versions for your convenience.
There are several affordable membership plans available for these classes. And membership gives you access to all on-sight gym facilities as well. Click below to see our available plans. Or contact the gym at 803-667-9060 to unfreeze your existing plan or join as a new member. Please remember to download the Waiver below and return to it the gym to join our groups.
As we move forward, we will to continue to provide the best possible services to our members at Stronghold.
