Harvest Hope Food Drive at Stronghold Gym (10/22/2019)

Stronghold Gym joins the fight to end hunger in South Carolina. Donations are being accepted at our location, 5910 Garner’s Ferry Road in the Woodhill Mall Shopping Center.

Food Donation

non perishable foods
baby supplies (diapers, wipes, formula, foods- No jars)
hygiene supplies (soap, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner)
feminine hygiene products (tampons, pads)
adult diapers
paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins)
cleaning supplies (Chlorox wipes, sprays, toilet items, dish detergent, etc.)

The food in your pantry could save a child from going to bed hungry tonight. There is always a need for nutritious food and donations are always welcome.

This season we would like to celebrate the fact  TRIBE has new exercises and new sessions every season.  We often see people bored with fitness routines.   That is why we like to keep it FRESH at TRIBE.  New sessions, new exercises, new music, but the same TRIBE energy every season.  TRIBE changes it up and is fresh every season.

I feel so incredibly blessed in my job to be able to work with so many amazing human beings coming into the space-

to feel better in their bodies and minds.
