TEMPORARY CLASS SCHEDULES

Exciting news!

We are signing up on a google doc for the time being.  Please take note of the following:


Group Fitness Schedule
Week of August 10-15,2020

  • Please COMMENT on the social media posts or notify the instructors of the classes you plan on attending so we can gauge class sizes in advance & adjust based on volume.
  • The nursery is not open at this time.
  • Only 12 participants per class
  • Classes will vary week to week as we adjust to a lighter schedule due to mandatory cleaning times.
  • Social distancing rules are still encouraged and will be enforced. Stay 6 feet apart from others and do not share any equipment.
  • We will continue to stream Facebook Live workouts.
We are so excited to see everyone and
jump back into group fitness together!

Group Fitness Guidelines:

  • 12 people max per class (10 for Spin)
  • Social distancing (6 ft.) is required
  • Clean equipment before and after use.
  • No sharing of equipment
